Canada: We ship domestically using Canada XpressPost. Transit time is typically 1-7 business days, and we charge a flat rate of $ 35 USD.

United States: We ship domestically using USPS Priority Mail or UPS or Fed-ex. Transit time is typically 2-5 business days, and we charge a flat rate of $35 USD.

Refunds & Returns: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us to arrange a refund. Only unopened or unused products are eligible for a refund. A maximum of two opened or used products will be eligible per order regarding vials. This guarantee only lasts for a 30-day period starting from the delivery of your order. After 30 days, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and only use your information for order processing and customer service. We do not release this information to third parties for any reason.
